When it comes to veterinary surgery, we take every precaution for your pet’s health, safety, and comfort. Our hospital is well-equipped to perform most minor and major surgical procedures. If your pet’s prior medical history and pre-anesthetic exam reveals elevated risk factors we may recommend a pre-anesthetic blood panel to ensure that they are healthy enough to undergo surgery. We use only the safest available anesthesia to help ensure smooth and safe recovery from surgery. Pain management is an important part of our pre-operative, intra-operative and post-operative anesthetic and medical protocol. We urge you to discuss operative pain management options with the doctor.
